Niña Maria Learning Center held a meaningful celebration on November 21, 2025, honoring the sacred moment when Mary, as a young child, was offered to God in the Temple—an important story in the Catholic faith.
Upon reaching the designated area, students offered flowers into a basket—an act of love, respect, and devotion. After the flower offering, Teacher Rodelle Guzman announced a 10-minute break for all pupils.
Following the short break, the program
continued with a special tableau presentation. One student portrayed St. Anne,
the beloved mother of Mary, while another portrayed St. Joachim, Mary’s father.
Little Mary was played by a young pupil who beautifully represented her
innocence and obedience.
The tableau reenacted the holy moment,
accompanied by the song of the choir, giving everyone a vivid picture of Mary’s
offering to God. This presentation helped the audience—especially the young
learners—understand why Mary’s presentation holds a powerful place in the
Catholic faith.
The Feast Day event was more than a school
activity—it was a celebration that taught pupils about faith, respect,
devotion, and offering one’s heart to God. Through teamwork, discipline, and
prayer, everyone was inspired by the story of the young Mary – Niña Maria – who became a shining example of
obedience and love for God.
