Colorful Easter Celebration Brightens Indahag - Habitat Phase 1 Community

Easter Sunday in Indahag Phase 1 came alive in a vibrant splash of color and creativity as children gathered to take part in a joyful egg-painting activity. Guided by the passionate efforts of the Lestonnac Flame Circle and Niña Maria Arts Hub scholars, the outreach brought smiles, laughter, and art into the heart of the community.

Held under the open shade of a local home, the event welcomed dozens of kids who eagerly picked up paintbrushes and transformed plain white boiled eggs into dazzling displays of imagination. Using a variety of bright poster colors, each child carefully designed their own egg—some with abstract blends of color, others with detailed and expressive patterns.

The activity was more than just art—it was a celebration of the Easter spirit, community, and sharing. The sight of children gathered around the table, deeply focused and excited about their creations, was a testament to the power of creativity in bringing people together.

One participant proudly held up her speckled egg, a result of intricate paint splattering and layering techniques. “I made it myself!” she beamed, showing her hands stained with effort and joy.

The members of Lestonnac Flame Circle, known for their consistent community outreach, organized this event to offer both celebration and inspiration to the young minds of Indahag. Their initiative not only brought seasonal joy but also fostered a love for the arts among the children.

As the day ended and the eggs dried in their cartons, the true outcome was clear: a meaningful, fun-filled Easter memory made possible by the generosity and creativity of those who care deeply about nurturing the spirit of community through art.
